Q. Do you work on brands other than Subaru?

A. While Subaru is the brand we have worked with the most, our shop foreman, Logan, has experience with many makes of vehicles. We are happy to diagnose and perform services on other makes and models.

 

Q. Will my factory warranty be voided if I don’t get it serviced at the dealership?

A. Performing all services at the dealership is not a requirement of most factory warranties. When we do find an issue the could be covered under warranty, we are happy to work with the vehicle owner and the dealership to help get that work scheduled and covered with as little hassle to the owner as possible

 

Q. Do I need to make an appointment for service?

A. It is always best to have an appointment. If unforeseen circumstances lead to you needing your car looked at right away, give us a call and we’ll see how we can help.

 

Q. What services do you do?

A. We have great equipment that enables to do almost any service on your Subaru. Engine work, computer diagnosis, all routine maintenance, and just about everything but body work is able to be done here. We even sell tires.

 

Q. Do you have a waiting room?

A. We do have a comfortable and clean lounge with snacks, water, and coffee. Because we are so close to restaurants, coffee shops, parks, and other places to pass time, a lot of our customers choose to explore the area.

 

Q. Do you have loaner cars?

A. Our current budget doesn’t have space for this, but we hope to add a few in the future.
